Danny at the front desk is very kind and seems to genuinely meet and talking with the guests! Hotel is clean and rooms are amazing good value for the $!
After a long, anxious trip (haven't flown in 15 years) and stressful trip to the hotel, the person at the front desk (Danny) made me and my travel companion feel welcomed and reduced my anxiety considerably. The rest of my stay was equally stress free, including the breakfasts and pool time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, with special kudo's to Danny and his helpful service and recommendations during my stay!
This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of much of Dunedin. The rooms were comfortable and clean The desk staff, particularly Danny and Christopher were extremely helpful at pointing out restaurants, breweries and sights. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit.
The building was nice. They people who work in that building are exceptional! The gentleman who checked me in was great, the ladies working the breakfast bar were fantastic and the lady who checked me out was very nice! Besides having an outstanding staff, the location was wonderful! Walking distance to many restraunts and microbreweries. We enjoyed renting ebikes and cruising the trail behind the hotel. Would definitely stay there again when in town again!
All the staff at front desk were excellent and very helpful. This is our first time to this city and they gave us great suggestions and all were very friendly.
