The Ayres Suites Seal Beach, is a great family owned hotel, offering cooked-to-order breakfast, great European styled rooms, all the desired amenities of free parking, free Wifi, laundry on-site, fitness center, friendly customer service, quiet relaxing atmosphere and great all inclusive rates.
This property is next to the 405 freeway and interchange to 605 and 22 freeways in Orange County. It is a great central location to all the major Southern CA sights between Los Angeles and Orange County. Since the property is next to a major Freeway, all the rooms come with triple pane glass windows to keep the outside noise out. And there are several restaurants, shops, stores, banks, gas stations and businesses close by.

Kind, informative front desk personnel, both girls. Jacqueline was kind and informative, she took time with us, answering our questions and we would say she is a good asset. Great room and service. Good food, I've always liked the pancakes and French toast and the omelet was very good. Thanks for the experience!
