It is a good place to stay but it would have been better if there was a hot breakfast when we was told that there was going to be.

"Double Charged My Room and Won't Refund Me."

Room and place was fine. People were nice. However after over a month of arguing back in forth about a double charge (we stayed twice, once going down south, once coming back up), we have three charges on our account, with pictures sent, confirmation numbers and everything, we still haven't gotten our money back. Latest message back was "I still don't see the double charge". Absolutely bogus. Not to mention I got asked to take a survey at least 6 times, no joke. Once is enough, thanks.

Place was fine. It's after that's been a nightmare. Stayed there over a month a go once on the way down south and once on the way back up north. Got double charged for a room and still sending emails back in forth with confirmation numbers, totals and images of charges to my account. Absolute trash.
