The customer service was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable! The breakfast in the morning was great! Jo is a fantastic host. She treated everyone like they were her family! The food was delicious! The complimentary cookies was a perfect snack after being in meetings all day! The staff were so friendly and the price was very reasonable. The water was good and hot! The A/C was nice and cold! This was a great experience!

We had stayed the week before in a neighboring hotel. The breakfast offering was a continental breakfast. It was fine, just nothing to write home about. However, the breakfast at Best Western Plus Midwest Inn & Suites has awesome. The selections were fantastic and everything was hot and ready. Jo was so hospitable. Other hotels need to clone her. Thanks for the great service during our short stay.
