We have a comfortably-sized meeting room available with a TV, white board, projector screen, plenty of power outlets, great WiFi reception, and lots of chairs and rectangular tables. There is also a recessed area that could be used for serving food or drink, and a countertop with a connection to the kitchen. Food and beverage are not available through the hotel but local caterers are available and rental of the conference room includes use of the kitchen. Coffee and tea are available 24/7.
