Quick stop at a nice place! We came to this hotel after picking up a new puppy. Pet friendly room was spotless. Staff was very pleasant. Good coffee available 24/7!

First off the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I got a handicap accessible room because I use a large power wheelchair. The way the bathroom door swings into the room, I could not get into it. Plus, the very thick mattress topper makes it very difficult and almost impossible for someone whose legs don't work to move in the bed. And there was barely enough room to maneuver my wheelchair in the room. I discussed the situation with a gentleman at front desk as I was checking out. I suggested ways he could make the room more accessible and he wrote them down. Hopefully he will make the changes.

Well? grateful that this hotel took us and our two small dogs last minute. When booked on line with Best Western, I was given a different price and was not told about pet fee. Our ground floor king room was very spacious but really musty. The breakfast was missing healthy options and was only packaged foods. Not really any protein offered. Not sure we would re visit.

The room was clean and well appointed. The mattress was a bit lumpy. Had been looking forward to the free breakfast but it was ?grab and go? due to Covid. No healthy options. Staff were very kind and eager to be helpful.

Rooms over priced and not very clean.. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Also seen three cockroaches, One of 5hem crawled across a piece of pizza. I almost ate! Horrible Experience!

Upon settling in we discovered HBO was not working. Management went above and beyond to fix the problem which they did. Great hotel even with the limited amenities because of the virus. Highly recommend.

The hotel claimed they didn't know we had a pet and gave us the last pet room they had which was a handicapped room somewhat cumbersome but we managed. I wonder if they pay attention to the Pets Welcome reservation.
