"Negative Experience"

Our reservation was for a river view room with a balcony. We were given a room with no balcony and a view of the parking lot. The heat lamp in the bathroom was black and burned out. The heater made noise every time it came on all night long. Had to call and complain about noise after 9pm in regards to room above, told desk clerk they were dragging metal chair across room, her response was that she didn't think that is what was happening but that was exactly what we were hearing and the chair in the room was metal. This was not a pleasant experience.

When driving Vancouver bc to SF, Roseburg is the halfway point and there's no better place, especially with my dog, than riverfront. Highly recommended for so many reasons.

We love to stay here. Staff is friendly and always welcomes us and dog. Nice grass area around riverfront. Breakfast is adequate and you can take it to your room.
