We are cleaning and sanitizing public "touch areas" on a regular basis throughout the day (coffee/tea station handles), elevator buttons and handrails, front desk counter, chairs, door knobs, and tables. We do not enter rooms after a guest checks out for at least 24-72 hours after departure - then our housemen clean the rooms of garbage and strip the beds. Our housekeepers then clean and disinfect the rooms (all touchpoints in room) before putting in Ultra-Violet wands to complete the sanitation process. Stay-over service has been suspended but additional items may be picked up by our customers at the front desk area. If maintenance work or a request to pick up used towels has been requested, we ask that our staff be allowed in the rooms while guest is out to lessen contact for our customer safety and welfare. We soon will also have an electrostatic sprayer for public areas as well!
