"Smooth as Glass Expereince."
Overall Score5.0/ 5
The promptness from the front arrival to the ending was flawless. The helpfulness was at any corner on any items by the staff. The room was great and the closet safe an added benefit. Only one thing that needs some improvement; the breakfast room should have more than only one primary waitress and helper at 8:30am in the morning. She was overwhelmed and everyone actually felt her pain. It was great to see the bowling alley maintenance man offer to come in and handled seating and menus and offer to be a team player. We will return to try the upper restaurant this trip was way to busy. New Years weekend.

Customer Reviews of Big Cypress Lodge
Big Cypress Lodge is a 103 room rustic retreat, made up of duck lodges, tree house suites and a Governor's Suite. It offers meeting rooms, breakout spaces, dining options and a 24-hour fitness center. What truly makes this overnight experience unique, however, is that it is tucked inside the Bass Pro Shop's Memphis Pyramid. Each room offers a screened in porch that overlooks the swamp, containing 100-foot tall trees, alligators and 36 varieties of fish, or a view of Memphis. The pyramid is 535,000 square feet under one roof and is larger than a full city block. Standing at 313 feet and six inches, it is one of the largest retail spaces in the world. It holds the largest freestanding elevator in America; it is 28 stories tall and is open on all 4 sides. Your dining options are also nothing short of extraordinary. Take a ride to the top of the pyramid and experience the 360-degree views of Memphis in The Lookout at the Pyramid. Indulge in a menu of delicious appetizers and unique drinks while taking in the unique steam punk style atmosphere. For a more action packed dining experience, enjoy a variety of appetizers, burgers, and salads at Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl!Throughout the store you can enjoy a variety of activities like glass floor observation decks 300' feet in the air. You can practice your shooting skills at the 25-yard live fire pistol range or 25-yard live fire archery range. The pyramid also offers a Waterfowling Heritage Museum and much more.We look forward to seeing you at the pyramid!
