Love this location and what a neat experience! Clean and staff was friendly. We have a service dog and they treated him well. They even gave him a goodie bag with treats and poop bags for proper disposal of his poop. Loved it and would be visiting again! Love that it did not feel like a hotel but more so a luxury experience worth doing all over again! ♥️.

Incredible. Absolutely stunning. I surprised my 18 year old daughter with an overnight stay at the Big Cypress Lodge as part of the road trip for our move to the east coast. She keeps thanking me! It's like spending the night in the Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland! The beds were so comfortable after spending the entire day driving and as a mom, I really appreciated the enormous bathtub! A late night trip to Wendy's and dining al fresco overlooking the “bayou” was fun. Thank you for a magical evening.

The stay was interesting, but pretty pleasant. By interesting, I mean the geography of the place took some getting used to. The rooms were beautiful, but could have used a little dusting in some areas. The atmosphere was nice. I could have used more lighting in the restroom, especially around the mirror, to apply makeup. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Big Cypress Lodge is a 103 room rustic retreat, made up of duck lodges, tree house suites and a Governor's Suite. It offers meeting rooms, breakout spaces, dining options and a 24-hour fitness center. What truly makes this overnight experience unique, however, is that it is tucked inside the Bass Pro Shop's Memphis Pyramid. Each room offers a screened in porch that overlooks the swamp, containing 100-foot tall trees, alligators and 36 varieties of fish, or a view of Memphis.The pyramid is 535,000 square feet under one roof and is larger than a full city block. Standing at 313 feet and six inches, it is one of the largest retail spaces in the world. It holds the largest freestanding elevator in America; it is 28 stories tall and is open on all 4 sides. Your dining options are also nothing short of extraordinary. Take a ride to the top of the pyramid and experience the 360-degree views of Memphis in The Lookout at the Pyramid. Indulge in a menu of delicious appetizers and unique drinks while taking in the unique steam punk style atmosphere. For a more action packed dining experience, enjoy a variety of appetizers, burgers, and salads at Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl!Throughout the store you can enjoy a variety of activities like glass floor observation decks 300' feet in the air.
