When I made the reservation, I asked for a handicap accessible room. I was told the room a walk in shower and would be on the first floor. My room was on the fourth floor and had a full tub. The air conditioner was very loud and it sounded like we had a washing machine running all night. The light over the couch was strobing. We had stayed at this location before and had a great room and wonderful service. This was not the case this time.

The room was very, very nice and clean; love the size of the room. Stephanie at the desk was very nice and very helpful. She was wonderful. I would return and stay there again if I ever come to Houston. Thank you so much.

Beautiful upscale all suite hotel with 126 guest suites. Located in close proximity to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Hobby Airport (HOU), and North Houston Corporate Corridor. Free Wireless Internet. Full hot breakfast served daily included in room rate. Heated outdoor pool and fitness center. All rooms feature mini refrigerators. Complimentary shuttle to Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and to area businesses and restaurants within five miles. Meeting space will seat 65 theatre, 40 classroom/banquet. Caterer available for luncheons and dinners. Credit Card is required upon check in for all guests. Per day incidental deposit and room & tax will be charged upon check-in.
