The outside was not well kept at all! The bed had nothing but one wrinkled flat sheet and fitted sheet, no comforter and no blanket! The bathroom where tub and shower are, no workable light and was told nobody there to check on it! There were no bath towels, bath cloths and hand towels in bathroom! It seemed as if they were allowing extremely loud and close fireworks directly in front of the rooms. Pigeon Forge police even came! Was told there were no other rooms with king size beds! This has been the worse experience we've encountered with a hotel. EVER! We had to load our belongings up and hunt another place at 10:30 at night! We have asked for our credit card for the two night stay to be refunded. We have not got a refund yet put back on our card.
