"Not what I was expecting cosidering I stayed there last week."

The room was musty and the bed and linens were old and worn, horrible. The mattress sounded and felt like I was sleeping on a noisy cardboard box.The check in was not easy because I could not understand everything the front desk auditor was saying. I booked on line and did not realize it was a third party booking. The room cost me 171.00 where last week I paid 70.00. There was not enough breakfast food for the guests. I was down to the front desk cafe area by nine a.m. and everything was almost gone. No fruit, no yogurt. If you are going to sell out the hotel, you need to be prepared to accommodate the guests with the promised breakfast. False advertising. The housekeeping staff was friendly and the room looked clean, except for the mirrors. They needed to be wiped down and cleaned. I was in room 120, not by choice and the carpet needs steam cleaned. Please replace the bed and linens. They were thin and not soft. Like I said, I stayed there the week prior, on the fourth floor. It was comfortable and fresh, unlike room 120. I probably would think twice before staying here again. I hope this helps correct the issues.

Had to get the key cards redone three times in two days. Box springs encased in plastic, why? No smoking allowed but cigarette burns on the bedspread. The breakfast was barely adequate but there was a really neat pancake making machine.
