This modern Hotel was completely remodeled in 2011 and is located close to Ryerson University and Eaton Center. The new white lobby is smaller and split into a seating area, check-in and adjacent to the restaurant. The 285 rooms are nicely decorated with hardwood floors, new beds and nice bathrooms. All hallways have natural light. There are different categories including large rooms with two twin beds, two queen beds and rooms with one king and two twins which are a great option for families. The meeting space can hold up to 200 people and has a separate lounge area. Suites, Jr. Suites and Business classrooms offer upgraded amenities and services.

Property Description

Completely Renovated in 2011, the hotel's new contemporary, urban design creates a comfortable and inviting experience for business and leisure travelers. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto at Yonge and Dundas Square. The Hotel is steps away from the Toronto Theatre District, Eaton Centre, dining and other local area attractions. Many downtown corporate and government offices, colleges and universities, are within walking distance. The Hotel is also central to downtown Toronto hospitals, with St. Michael's Hospital located across the street. Guestrooms offer new beds, hardwood floors, LCD TVs, desks and spa bathrooms. Suites, Jr. Suites and Business classrooms offer upgraded amenities and services,state of the art fitness center, new meeting and banquet facilities fully equipped with modern AV, onsite espresso bar, business services, with parking just across the street
