Front desk manager, Jesus, was very helpful, extremely accommodating and super pleasant. The room was great, hotel is clean, quiet close to many restaurants in the area. It was my second time staying at this location and I will definitely return again.
We got in to the hotel on 7/18/26 just before 3pm and the hotel's system was down. The woman and the front desk was waiting for it to come back up so she could check us in. As time went by a line formed for people to check in. She was the only one on the counter and handled the hectic situation superbly. She was a younger woman and I was very impressed with her patience and care she took care of all the guests. She was kind, helpful, professional and did an amazing job. I wish I could have gotten her name. The hotel room itself was nice and thank goodness the A/C worked so well. The breakfast in the morning was yummy! We would definitely stay there again if we were ever in the area.
We had vehicle issues so needed to stop in Manning California while our truck was fixed and happened upon the Hampton Inn close to the dealership. The room was very clean. Well kept everything in working order and had plenty of amenities. Breakfast and check in were very smooth overall a very good experience.
I am very pleased with the services offered at the hotel, especially the management. The GM Synthia was very courteous, understanding and professional. Thank you!
