Room was very clean. Elevator was not working, so had to use stairs. Very inconvenient with the amount of luggage we had to carry up and down the stairs.

"Bait and Switch two Times In One Day."

Called the site itself in AM to reserve two adjoining rooms for me and my daughter's family of four to say goodbye to dying mother/grandmother, Explained that we needed two adjoining rooms with two beds each to accommodate our family. I paid for rooms immediately with card. When we arrived, our rooms had not been assigned.The elevator was broken (waiting for a part). I'm 69 years old and the clerk wanted to give us one room on the first floor and one on the the second floor. I explained that was not what I reserved and that I needed adjoining rooms. He said if you walk upstairs, I have adjoining rooms on the second floor. I agreed. Then I was asked for $50 dollars more for each room for incidentals, although I had already paid. We lugged our luggage up via stairway and found our rooms across the hall from each other, not adjoining. We were so exhausted that we agreed to stay. We went down to breakfast before checkout the next day. It was fabulous. But upon returning (up the stairs again) the lock on one of the rooms wouldn't open the door and we couldn't get our things to check out. The lady who came to open it was very pleasant, however wasn't sure that she would be able to open it and we were standing in the hall for quite some time. Luckily, she was able to open it for us.
