Avoca's newest and finest hotel. Located just north of exit 40 on I80. Spacious rooms with queen and king size pillow top mattress, dvd player and refrigerator/microwave every room. Lounge on property serving beer, wine and food. Just minutes away from the Omaha/ Council Bluffs area.
