I contacted the number online to switch the dates of my stay. The lady made the change in the system but told me it would be 10 days before I saw the reimbursement. She had me do a separate booking for new date. Essentially, I received a text and email thanking me for my stay with my charges for two rooms I never used. Tried calling again and the man told me he couldn't do anything about it. Super disappointing! I essentially paid for two rooms without having stayed in any of them.
