Upon arriving at pool, man was on ground, appeared asleep. I tried to get his attention three times, finally kicked his leg, he awoke, said he was ok. The screen to the pool area was off/crooked, the man had a bag, covered with towels and propped the door open when he left pool area. My husband and I voiced our concern to the front desk of a man sleeping in the pool area, they simply nodded.

We've stayed in fancy and expensive hotels and inns but very few compare to the cleanliness and the warm, gracious staff! We're likely to stay in Comfort Inns again.
