Didn't realize I had reserved a smoking room. Didn't know that was such a thing anymore. Couldn't stay in a room that smelled like an ashtray tried to get room switched, first told there were none avaliable, a mention of a refund and bad review and a room became available. Hair on some of the pillows in the new room. Stayed, only for the convenience instead of driving the five hours back home.
