I am local and had a stay cation during Memorial Day weekend. The staff was pleasant, the motel was clean. It checked ✔️ all the boxes off for me. Free parking, dog friendly, no charge for.floating in the lazy river for interludes. The room was pretty clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were tiny, but they worked. I'm thinking of booking again soon! DJs playing music on the pool deck I was very happy, plus I was on the first floor which I prefer. See you soon Beachside.

"Mold Allergies forced me to cancel room within 15 mins."

This hotel is beautiful and the layout is amazing. However, due to my highly allergic to mold inside this old hotel, I was forced to cancel the reservation within 15 mins of entering the room. The front desk clerk was apologetic and very helpful with willingness to start the refund process. Only sharing because if you have a child with allergies to mold, it was scary for my throat closing and struggle to breathe. Otherwise, good location, a beautiful lazy river with pool and clean landscaping.
