Property Description

Hotel has been sold. New Owner will be renovating and adding additional amenities in 2019.Kirkwood Lodge is the oldest resort on the Lake of the Ozarks, built in 1939. The resort offers a magical charm that simply can not be found in any other accommodations, anywhere. We feature simple Guest Rooms that are carpeted with a/c and private bathroom. 90% of our rooms have a Lake View and 80% have patio furniture right outside the door. We have a magnificent lakeside swimming pool, a floating sun deck and a floating swim raft. There are fishing docks and boat slips. There is basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, ping pong, water volleyball and badminton. The Lobby features CATV/DVD/VCR, telephones and a Lending Library. Our Dining Room has 85 seats and a beautiful view of the Lake and the humming birds. Our Terrace Room features a 2100 sq. ft. floating dance floor, restrooms and a wet bar. Our Game Room has a pool table and CATV/VCR. The Little Gift Shop is a charming boutique featuring the latest in resort wear and other fun nick-nacks. Kirkwood Lodge is home port of The Celebration, the Lake's largest and most luxurious passenger vessel and The Getaway, Pontoon Boat and Wave Runner Rentals. Kirkwood Lodge allows pets in specific rooms. We also have a full bar with a Margarita Machine. There are patios all over the property and an electric tram system to assist those in need get down to the waterfront. Kirkwood Lodge features a variety of All-Inclusive packages, as well as Room Only Rates for most times of our Season. We host College Spring and Fall Formals and High School Senior Class Trips in our "shoulder seasons". We are located in Osage Beach, right in the middle of everything that the Lake has to offer, from Championship Golf Courses to Antique Malls, from Menonite Communities to Go Kart Tracks, from Water Parks to Missouri's largest State Park. Kirkwood Lodge is a member of the Lake of the Ozarks Golf Counsil's "Golf-A-Round" Program, so "Call if you Gol-f"!!!
