I checked into the room turned the bathroom light on and saw roachs on the toilet and shower. Closed the door returned to the desk and requested a refund. The attendant gave me the name of General manager Riki Patel, cancelled my reservation and asked that I call the company it was booked with and that he would follow up requesting the refund for me. I then received a receipt for a stay that never occurred and am waiting for a refund.
