"Do Not Stay There"

The housekeepers did not clean the room. Towels were worn and dingy. Does not supply room with enough towels for occupants. There was also roaches in the rooms and very dusty. Breakfast was horrible too.

This was a great hotel for the price ! we booked 12 rooms for our family during our wedding weekend @ $60/night! The staff were very helpful and very attentive when needed. However my Bride/Groom suite was initially missing the shower curtain and a cooler outside our room came up missing. The breakfast buffet was wonderful for our family and included hot items and cold. We will definitely stay there again.

"Busy weekend at the hotel."

Pool was wonderful, but inconvenient access. Elevators were slow, probably due to full hotel. Breakfasts were very good, but very crowded, again due to full hotel. Room requests were to be with family members, some scattered, again due to full hotel. Housekeeping was good (except one family member had to return to front desk for toilet paper and had to wait at front desk for a while to get it). Busy front desk, excellent room rate, receipt not available at checkout. Excellent WiFi, cell service and computer access for printing boarding passes. Overall a good weekend. Our family was all together at the hotel.

The staff and facility were excellent for our needs. I led a large group of high school and middle school students. The rooms were excellent for our needs. The staff was extremely helpful, expecially allowing us access to unload equipment and luggage during a rain storm. The location is very good for us as well. It is easily accessible in a safe area of the city. It is also convenient to the Interstate and other areas that we visited in Jacksonville. Thank you all.

Welcome to the newest Wyndham in Jacksonville Florida!! We are going to be totally branded to our new Wyndham in April. Our hotel is currently under a multi-million dollar renovation as we convert to the beautiful and completely NEW Wyndham Garden Jacksonville!  During your visit, not all of our amenities may be available.  While we undertake this project, our guest service team stands ready to make your visit as comfortable and accommodating as possible during our transformation.  This renovation includes all aspects of our hotel including beautifully designed guests rooms with wood plank flooring, our public facilities and the addition of a new conference center.  One of the most exciting additions is THE RED GILL, our new bistro and bar!Guests looking for the ultimate tropical getaway in paradise can have it all. At St. John Town Center, enjoy world class dining and shopping. A centralized location to Jacksonville businesses and amenities means the best of the city is at your fingertips, such as the FSCJ Artist Series featuring Broadway Musicals, shows and concerts from some of today's biggest pop and country singers.Hotels near the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville offer easy commutes for medical tourists, too.
