If you are expecting to be catered to at every turn ( bag boys, valets, etc.) this probably isn't your place. But if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to spend the night in the heart of Historic Downtown Fernandina this is a perfect place. Yes it is next to a popular little bar that has cool live music and for some folks that can't go to sleep with background noise I wouldn't recommend this place. Me and my wife loved our one night stay on the 4th of July and wish we would of had enough sense to stay on the front porch to view the fireworks instead of walking the two blocks to the waterfront amidst the throngs of people. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, my one suggestion would be that they make breakfast available for more than the one hour period from 8:30 to 9:30 (maybe 7:00 to 10:00). I have no problem recommending this place to anyone and plan on returning in the fall!
