Website shows amenities as restaurant and bar plus others…I booked through Holiday Inn and paid 208.00, probably could have paid less elsewhere….i arrived, checked in and asked how late the restaurant stayed open…to my surprise, I was told no restaurant or lounge…went to room to find the TV programming was out since they'd just put on a new roof…”but they'll get it going tomorrow sometime…” was the response I got from front desk….totally disappointed in this chain…change your website to reflect what you do and don't have…let the guests know up front about no TV sat dish so maybe we can decide to stay or go elsewhere…I won't make this mistake again….
