"Excellent hotel, except the single elevator didn’t work while I was here."

Great hotel, great breakfast as compared to what is hearing in town, but the elevator didn't work not a good situation. It needs another elevator just to eliminate these types of situations. I also understand from conversation that someone was trapped in the elevator for about two hours department had to, bend the door in order to get the individual out that's just what I heard your choice.
