We generally try to stay at Holiday Inn Expresses because we have found them to be consistently good and this was no exception. One very good thing that I saw at this hotel was Harriet who handles the breakfast. Harriet had the great idea of keeping the cinnamon rolls covered with the plastic that they came in. That made all the difference in the world! These cinnamon rolls were hot and fresh and not crispy at all like the others that I had tried at other Holiday Inn Expresses. Great job Harriet!
