The hotel was very nice, rooms were very well kept and modern, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, will be staying there again in future.

I was met by a lovely young lady on reception who not only took the time to explain why this venue was classed as an Express, but made sure I was fully informed about all the amenities. Once in the room, I was genuinely surprised by the size of both the room and the en suite, both of which were perfect for what I needed. They also kindly organised a taxi for me on request. I wiould definitely recommend the Wigan venue and its friendly, helpful team.
