Hallways had no carpet or flooring in some areas, front desk worker jon accused our boys if running around when it was a group of younger boys told us parents that if we didn't control them he would have to do something drastic we checked again our boys were in the rooms then a guest came down to the lobby where we were sitting with a baseball bat threatening us and our kids and your front desk worker witnessed it and did nothing.
