I felt the staff was exemperly they water five fast, polite and attentive. The pool and area was clean and inviting. We had room service and it was fast and always hot. I will stay again!

Loved the pool and Jacuzzi and fun things to play by the pool and so close to Universal Studios. Michelle Wong helped me at the front desk and was very friendly and helped us get a clock in our room.
