We have been coming here for the past several years and are very disappointed that we have not earned our Hilton Honors points for our stays this year and last. That is 9 nights. The clerk said we didn't book directly with the hotel, but the number I called was The Naples Hilton and I selected new reservations. Very disappointed. Maybe we'll go with Marriott next year. for the last.
