Property Description

The Hotel, 50 m from the sea, offers an old-fashioned atmosphere with its wide outdoor spaces and its large Rooms, in which floors and walls with typical 70's geometric patterns have been deliberately preserved, but they are all equipped with 32" Flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe and refrigerator. The surrounding green pine wood-garden offers calm and relax and is the view you can enjoy from the terrace where meals from our Restaurant or a cold beer on warm evenings are served. Our restaurant is open at dinner and offers both meat and fresh fish dishes according to the local sailors traditions together with the worldwide known italian kitchen style and can host groups up to 80 persons for birthdays, diploma parties, weddings, meeting brunches or any other occasion people want to meet and reunite with friends. Fixed price Menus are available along with our à la carte offer. Beverages at meals ( local wine and water ) are included in the price of our Half Board treatment during the summer or in the special packages we can set for your group. In the summer dinner is usually served outdoor on the terrace facing the garden ( depending on weather conditions ). Our Breakfast is sweet and savoury and the coffee is the authentic one from the Bar, as it once was. Hospitality wants its guests to feel like at home among friends while offering a quality service . The nightlife and the beach are just around the corner, you can walk through the 10 wonderful Thematic Gardens of the Lungomare of our Riviera delle Palme or reach the pedestrian and commercial area in the center, the harbour, the old medieaval town which are 3.5 km away, by feet or by our free bicycles. The Beach Service at our Chalet Josè offers an umbrella and 2 sunbeds each room and is included in the price. Private parking for our guests is available inside the property. Our bedrooms lay on 2 floors only but the hotel has no eleveator.
