Convenient location, clean room, pleasant staff, reasonable price however, $50 charge for incidental charges ridiculous, no pre notification and unnecessary! We visit Richmond area three or four times a year. We will probably look at other hotels before returning?.

Booked at hotel website but when arrived found out a 3rd party hijacked the booking and left me a less than preferred room without any TV connection for entire stay and customer service just attributed to booking through alternate site. Total BS and I was far from the only person this happened to.

Booked this room with what I thought was the Sheraton Hotel website, but when I checked in they told me it was a third party booking. I actually went on the Sheraton website to book it and have the email proof. After checking in and not able to get me points I then found out they gave me a handicap room. Room was not clean and the handicap seat in my bathroom had stains on it. Then the TV in the room had no signal and when I called the front desk they told me a technician was on the way to fix the problem. When I called back to the front desk three hours later I was told the same story. Fast forward to the next day after I came back to the hotel in the evening again I had no signal on my TV and when I called the front desk they told me the same thing that all the TV's were not working in the hotel and a technician was on the way. I believe since somehow this room was booked by a third party I was treated different and put into a handicap room with limited service. BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE.

Although we had a great dinner with nice staff, the rest of the night was horrible. Any door closing was such a loud bang that I recorded it on my phone and had the manager listen to it. I woke up fifty times and so did my daughter who is usually a sound sleeper/ we clearly heard the neighbor's conversation. The walls could not have any protective Sound barrier. No rest! Horrible and would not stay there again.

Room was nice and clean upon arrival. The room safe as not working and it gwas not bolted down. I had a hard time getting to sleep due to the shower dripped. Finally, when Guest services cleaned my room, they forgot to leave me a shower mat.

The hotel had a water issue that prevented us from having water for a day. We were told originally the water would be off at 11am for about an hour. Turns out, it was all day into the evening. In addition, the website said pool/hot tub. These were not up and running. The host at the restaurant was rude when we asked about the hours. The front desk people were pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone at this time.

We enjoyed our stay. However, when I took the children for a swim, we discovered that the chlorine level was way too much. My eyes burned for two days. I had to be taken to a pharmacy for relief. I've never experienced this before. When we initially took the elevator to our room floor, we could smell the chlorine before ever visited the pool. Please have this checked. Thank you.
