Surprised when I requested room on first floor at time of booking because my husband is handicapped and cannot do stairs and they had no elevator.when I checked in did not have a room on first floor,not even my request but a kind gentleman who was checking in traded his first floor room for us. Really surprised the service at this visit probably won't be staying next visit.
