We've been coming to the Historic Davenport Collection for the past 20yrs. For our anniversary. Even during COVID the property was open and took extra measures to insure a safe haven. Thank you for a beautiful and delightful experience. I especially I'm thankful to see Scott our Bellman, who would drive the town and country limo downtown when we wanted to go to dinner at Clinkerdagger's or shopping at the various malls for Christmas. I hope that you bring back those services. Our Anniversary is in December and we travel from Idaho to stay at your luxurious Hotel. Till we meet again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at a hotel my Grandmother stayed at and loved. It was a great experience! Of course the property has been updated but the feeling of staying in a Grand Hotel is still there! All the staff we had contacts with were professional and welcoming Starting with the lot attendants and the front desk personnel. A minor glitch with the hair dryer in the room was quickly attended to by hotel personnel in a courteous and professional manner. We will stay there again on our next overnight in Spokane.

This facility is beautiful and historic and the price is not bad. Our room was spacious and comfortable. You have to park across the street in a parking garage, which costs extra. It was a short walk to the Old Spaghetti Factory and mall.

We were excited to stay in such a beautiful place. However the service was deplorable. Our room was not cleaned, nor serviced during our stay. We had to go to the front desk to get coffee, cups, water, etc. The added on costs at the end of our stay were irritating. I will not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

"Window Leak"

It was raining on the evening when we check into the hotel. We received our keys from the front desk at approximately 11:45 PM. There was rainwater from outside entering through a window the entire duration we were at the hotel for three nights. Upon multiple requests to the front desk, they were of no assistance at all. We were given the excuse that they were fully sold out and that no rooms were available but, not once did they send engineering over to fix the problem. Instead, we just Used their bath towels to soak up all of the water on a daily basis. Extremely unacceptable and totally ridiculous that this business is in hospitality! Extremely disappointing that a customer would have have to deal with such ignorance. Will never be back to Spokane let alone at this so called hotel. What a “CIRCUS”.

My granddaughter and I came for a weekend of shopping. The Davenport was a perfect place to stay. It is as close to shopping and it is elegant. The food was outstanding. Everything was perfect.
