We absolutely loved Florence! My husband and I honestly didn't expect to enjoy Florence as much as we did, but it has been the hardest city to leave! I would highly recommend eating at Caffé Rosano for lunch and going to Il Mercato Centrale di Firenze (marketplace) for dinner! The marketplace has so many delicious options with great service. We really enjoyed eating at La Pasta Fresca in the marketplace. Our favorite night was walking to the Piazzale Michelangelo and watching the sunset! There are drinks, snacks, and gelato to enjoy while watching the beautiful sun set over the more beautiful city of Florence.
Florence is a city full of beautiful art and architecture. The Mercato Centrale nestled close to San Lorenzo hosts a huge variety of food stalls from across the world and is a fantastic place to visit with your family and friends to enjoy the Florence nightlife in a relaxed manner. For the music lovers, you will find fantastic operatic and musical productions.
The city was beautiful. The prices were reasonable, and the Dome was extraordinary. It is a must see. Many beautiful sites and friendly people. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
