I checked into your hotel and was required to pay a $150 incidental fee on check in. This $150 was not returned in full when I checked out. I did not used any additional services or buy any products from your hotel. I called your hotel. I spoke to your representative and was given a nationwide hotel phone number, as he could help me. The national representative called your hotel, about the incidental fee. He was told we are too busy to respond now. He told me, he would call them again. And get back to me. It has been four days and no call back. I will call back. Note both your Reps were courteous and concern about the fee not being returned in full. I will never stay at your hotel again.
