We are not impressed. First upon entry to room you could smell urine like a convalescent hospital, then the closet inside smelled like vomit, the garbage cans were ? disgusting, sticky areas on the carpet weird smell on couch, sticky on floor around toilet, mildew around shower handle. Table lamp sticky, night stand lamps sticky, sink in bathroom area super small as was the faucet, microwave under cabinet hard to deal with and kept sliding back and the spill coffee when trying to open door. One tiny square of soap, super small coffee mak Had to get our own. Outside large flood lights pointed directly at our windows with no darkening curtains. Hand prints on picture above couch. Got locked out key card did''t work, had to sit in bathroom with my Pom while they tested the fire alarm for almost 15 minutes so loud so stressful. Telephone was sticky I ended up cleaning everything with disinfectant. No mask when came into roo. Couldn't control the air conditioner, had to have it turned down by staff, ridiculou!! Towels above toilet shouldn't be there they should be on wall. Fitted sheet kept coming off TV was a waste not choices not easy to manual use. Bathroom counter top was nice. Shower was easy to get use. Room size was fairly good. Pet friendly area for bathroom trips was good. I am a professional cleaner and I give this room a 1.5 out of 10. Very disappointed. Pet friendly room stinks!
