This was our second year in a row at this Hyatt Place.Our experience this year was better, if possible, than last year! Staff are very friendly, very efficient and very helpful. We would like to mention especially Joe, at Reception. He was particularly good.This was typical of the other staff with whom we had contact. We have recommended the hotel to our friends.

The service was excellent, front desk staff was patient with my group. Checking in a large group was a little stressful, but, they make it work for us. I would use this hotel again for any other venue and greatly recommend it.
