Everything was good, I am a property manager myself. It was an enjoyable stay and the evening manager was so sweet. I wanted a piece of chocolate but there was no candy and she told me there was ice cream.

I have stayed at this property many times. It is my go to stop when I visit Springville. In particular, the new front desk clerk whose name I cannot remember, but was his second day on the job, was very helpful in providing an extra key, granting me a delayed checkout and providing a receipt to me for my stay. Excellent customer service!
