Property Description

The Best Western® Hotel Baltic is situated in a beautiful central location in Sundsvall, - close to the harbor, central station (600 meters), shopping, restaurants and the casino. Over the last few years the hotel has undergone careful renovation in keeping with its superb standards and comfort, and appeals to both business travelers and people on the lookout for somewhere special to stay when on holiday. The hotel has a total of 87 hotel rooms and four apartments, a restaurant and a modern hotel gym with a sauna/relax area. The conference facilities date back to the late 19th century. This beautiful room is 250 square meters in area, renovated in 2013 and enjoys views over the harbor. Now its primary function is as a source of inspiration at meetings, conferences, training courses and other get togethers. Welcome to the Best Western Hotel Baltic in Sundsvall.

Green Sustainability

For many years, we have had the vision to be an environmentally friendly alternative for our hotel guests. The hotels have eg had environmental plans to varying degrees to work towards a sustainable society, but in 2007 it was decided that all Sweden's Best Western hotels should join the Swan and be eco-labeled. It has been the starting point for a solid work, where the hotels will review their entire business based on an environmental perspective, all according to the program designed for hotels
