It was my mom's birthday and we were trying to get the adjoining room to hers, they did everything they could and made it happen the whole time being friendly and genuine! I've been to many hotels in my lifetime and this was the first I've ever been too where the people who worked there talked and treated u as a friend or family they were amazing the whole time and I can't wait to go back!
