Front desk was not helpful. Room was dirty and property was very run down. Called bookline to cancel reservation and was told that they escalated my call and a supervisor would call me that didn't happen. Very dissatisfied. This was a business trip and our headquarters are near Embassy Suites. I will advise our employees not to use this facility.

Jackie from the bar and two at the checkout check in we're all excellent excellent very friendly very helpful the two I don't remember their names but I think Jackie can let you know. As far as the rates I'm not too pleased with that. I was given this phone number for JW convention and I made plans long time ago well the last minute I found out supposedly we went through to a third party which one I caught it was reservations. Anyway I did not get the JW discount and it cost us a fortune for two nights and weren't there during the daytime at all.
