Recently, my grown daughter had major surgery (removal of a tumor) at Pres. Hosp. in Albuq. Due to Covid restrictions she was discharged the same day. The limited but efficient Sheraton staff attended to all our needs and compassionately helped wherever they could including a wheelchair and food service. We will ever be grateful, especially to the kitchen staff and the doormen at the front desk. After many years of having attended professional psychological conferences at the Albuq. Sheraton this was a totally new and impressive personal experience. The only reason we left earlier than we had reserved was the noise of hotel construction work (sounded like a jackhammer) which was apparently beyond the control of the hotel staff. They were sincerely apologetic.

"Awful Sound Proofing Old Noisy Rooms."

We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because of a very noisy neighbor. We had to go to the front desk as the staff did not bring new room keys to the noisy room as they said they would. All the rooms are old and out of date. A/C fans are too noisy. The whole hotel needs better soundproofing and an overall remodel to bring it into the 21st Century. Will not stay here again.

I went for breakfast and was greeted with a beautiful smile from Dominic, who was working at the restaurant. The first think I did was to thank him for the way he greeted me. Right there, with that smile he had made my day better! The day I arrived the staff was very professional and helpful. I had a great night sleep and felt that my first experience with the Sheraton was very positive. The customer service was great. I'm thinking about coming back.

We are the closest full service hotel near the airport. We have recently completed a $14 Million renovations from our head to toe! With our beautiful new look, our prime location, and dedicated staff, your staff will enjoy your event more than ever! The Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel is located at the entrance of Albuquerque International Sunport, the hotel stands at the highest point in the city, boasting dramatic views of the Sandia Mountains and the city's glittering skyline. There are multiple restaurants are within walking distance and we are just minutes from the Historic Old Town Plaza, the ABQ Uptown shopping and dining district, Nob Hill and downtown Albuquerque. Our hotel is also conveniently located just a few miles from Albuquerque's most popular attractions including the University of New Mexico Championship Golf Course.Should the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel be selected, a member of our Convention Services Department will be working closely with you to finalize all details with guestroom needs, meeting room specifications and any other important requests.
