I had made a reservation with this hotel for a disabled room, but when I checked in at 3:30, check in is three PM, there were no disabled rooms available! So the front desk gave me a different room, but when I got to that room, it was too far for me to walk so I went back to the receptionist and told him that and he put me in room 135. The bathtub was disgusting. The toilet wasn't cleaned. The floor was dirty. There was no trashcan. It was pathetic. But I just had to stay one night so I stuck with the room.
