James is an amazing person there wasn't a time I walked by he didn't ask how we were and what we needed Charmaine had the breakfast absolutely perfect every morning and was friendly Tracy was great she made our stay smooth sailing Ryan definitely has a great team here and is doing a great job running this hotel And last but not least the most important and best person of our stay is for Beth she is awesome she was always welcoming with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed and she was great with the kids especially when they went down to buy snacks before bed.

We had a wonderful day at this hotel. Staff was very friendly from check in to check out. The breakfast was great! A warm meal not just apples and cold cereal as other hotels offer. No we had scrambled eggs, toast, French toast, bagels, pancakes, oatmeal, coffee juices,etc. Then we saw Charmaine cleaning, wiping, restocking of food and maintained tables clean. She was amazing to look at. I was impressed with her hard work to keep messy people happy. Thank you Charmaine. Thank you Holiday Inn! We will be back.
