Booked this hotel through an agent. Wow, what a wonderful experience this was! The employees were all polite and accommodating. The room was a sanctuary and the food was good. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a wedding, not for the casino. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The workout room was small and not well equipped. That would be my only dislike.

I booked my room online with Hotelplanner.com The website showed pictures of Vee Quiva property and gave a description of all the amenities in the rooms you offer there. I booked a room with two pillowtop queen beds because both my guest and I have medical problems with our backs. When I get to my room, I sit on the beds and they are hard as a rock! Needless to say, I will not ever stay at Vee Quiva again nor will I refer anyone to stay there. You should not advertise something that is not truly in your room! False advertisement!

We had five in our party we requested double beds. They gave us a king size room. We ordered a roll a way bed. We had to sleep crunched up in the room. It very crowded. As much as we asked for a double room they could not accommodate us. They also said this hotel was only 13 miles away from the competition. It was a very long commute due to traffic lights and traffic.

Great food and great service in the restaurant. I didn't know there were hotels anywhere that had DOUBLE BEDS instead of Queen Size. Might want to upgrade those rooms.
