"Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had."
Overall Score1.0/ 5
I don't even know where to begin, we stayed at Harrahs Ak Chin during our stay for our Wedding In Arizona. We stayed for 7 days our room was cleaned twice, when I asked the front desk they said that our room, wasn't cleaned because there was a do not disturb sign on the door, Unsure if I or my new wife had accidentally left the sign on the door I accepted that and made sure that the sign was no longer on the door the rest of the trip, wouldn't ya know my room STILL WASN'T CLEANED and Im 100% sure the sign wasn't on the door. When I asked for new towels and an extra blanket because it was usually cold in AZ during our stay, the supervisor of House keeping as she announced her self at the door accused us of having more guest than allowed and we weren't allowed new towels or blankets, The reason we needed the towels is because we hadn't got new towels in three days and wanted new ones mind you it was just me and my wife in this room, no one else. When I asked the front desk for new towels later that night I again was accused of having more people in the room and was asked to present my ID, which I had left in my rental car the lady at the front desk told me I was not nor was my wife registered to stay at the hotel ( again this is our 3rd night staying and we both gave our IDs upon check in) needless to say after arguing with the women we were the only ones there and that we needed new towels because they hadn't cleaned our room I finally got NEW TOWELS! The hotel also doesn't offer much of a breakfast option. There is a Dunkin down stairs but not much else. Also there is an event center with bowling and laser tag etc attached to the building. While attempting to walk across the floor within the legal walking area for minors, we had meet my wife's family from Arizona to go over there and bowl while walking across the floor again in the legal walk way for minors which we did have a minor who was being escorted by three adults over the age of 21, we were stopped and told we were not allowed in the casino yet you must walk across the casino floor to get to this event center. and again we were on the blue carpet which we had been told and asked that minors were allowed to be on as long as they were not on the actual gaming floor. The following day while playing slots with my wife as we are both clearly over 21, the same man at the casino who had harassed us the night before about walking to the bowling ally, stopped us again asking for ID while we were playing the slots this is less than 12 hours later after he stopped us the previous night. This hotel is absolutely horrible and the staff for the most part is unfriendly the pool was not opened yet when we called to make reservations they said it would be open during our stay. Im sure there's more that I missed on in this review but just to help the next person, go somewhere else this place is horrible.
