The bed was to high for disabled person to climb on and shower to high to step over. Was informed on website restaurant on site but that was not true. Sheets and towels changed every three days. Gross.

My family stayed here for a long weekend while visiting Bluefield. Perfect price and location for us. The accommodations were satisfactory. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly especially Justin. We will return.

"Stinky Room"

When I checked was greated by front desk clerk wearing a tee shirt and messy hair. Room had a very stinky smell. I went to Walmart to by air spray to get ride of smell. Tub kept backing up when taking a shower. I was standing in five inches of water. Ceiling looked like it had major water damage and was patched up by a kid. More than one spot. The walls looks dingy and dirty so did the carpet. The pool needed to be clean the water was so foggy couldn't see the bottom. I will never stay here again.

Property description

We offer Free continental breakfast and coffee daily. All rooms equiped with Free High speed wireless internet, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Guest will also enjoy our Outdoor heated pool. 5 min. to Bluefield College and Bluefield State College. 5 min to Mountain Fest, Blue and Gray Horse Show and Tazewell Walking Horse Show. A credit card is required at check-in in an effort to preserve our 100 percent smoke free environment. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your card if you smoke in the rooms. Cash can be paid at check-out.
